One road, twenty homesites, and a promise to the pines.
Whispering Pines began with a walk through sixty-two acres of white pine and birch above Two Harbors. The land didn't need reinventing — it needed a light hand: one quiet road, twenty generous homesites, and twelve acres of forest left exactly as we found it, shared by everyone who lives here.
That's the standard every phase is held to. Two homes already stand finished in the pines, and two shovel-ready lots are releasing now. We grade, we build, and we deliver homes complete — appliances to trim — so the only thing left to do is move in.
